Your favourite pair of jeans which have faded and have been scuffed to shreds are still the best thing in your wardrobe. You cannot let go of them because of the comfort they give you, like some loved ones hug. Denim never went out of season, it never could, but it made a flashy come back this season in ways you’d never think was possible.

The Red Carpet- Would ever believe this day would come? If Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake had made their fashion denim faux pas today, they would have been the most fashionable. But they were given flak for it and fast forward to 2015 and denim gowns were not invisible on the red carpet. International designers made their own versions for celebrities and for the runways.

At work- Yup, you read it right. Denim is no longer confined to your pair of jeans for an outing or lounging around. This ‘casual’ fabric made waves with its various blends and turning into the chicest formal jackets and trousers and lightweight work wear skirts.

All Denim- Believe it or not, the all denim look is all the rage now and with good reason. It looks comfortable, it associates well with summer (thanks to its blue colour) and light denim skirts are a big YES to this year’s heat. So why not go Bohemian with a knee length skirt and a flowy denim top? It will make you want to skip in the field and go shopping.

Accessories- Denim flats and accessories are not far behind. Don’t like the fabric much? Don’t worry; just opt for a denim back pack or a denim sling and you are good to join the fashion band wagon.

Love it or hate it, you cannot ignore it. This is the one fabric which is definitely the most popular and you should use it in ways no one has ever thought of to turn heads. Give those jeans a rest and discover a new chicer you with different versions of this fabric.
